1516 15th Ave W, Seattle. Opened March 1931. Plans announced in December 1930.
These top and middle sections are viewed from 15th Ave W, looking towards the east. The bottom drawing shows the awning along Galer looking north. The middle section has an example of text "NEON" over a bay. The top section shows how the bays relate to the counters inside the building, which was a long open space. Off to the left of these drawings, the building made an abbreviated L shape. In that section was a chain grocery store.
