Alki Hotel from Main, c 1974. Lighter colored bricks are remnants of a 1934 collapse in a horrific windstorm. A man in the building next door was killed by the falling wall. You can still read "Hotel Alki" in the top left, and pieces of "Owl Cigar 5 cents" across the building, around the hole.
Picked this up from an antique store. It originated from T.V. Dean Realtors, who were probably assessing the building before sale.
Based on the half-completed Kingdome in another photo, I've pegged this at 1974.
